In front of the structure a great garden tended with great passion by Gianfranco is cultivated in a completely natural way. All products during the period of the stay are for free use by the guests. Moreover with the desire to transmit his own passion, Gianfranco is glad to share his activity with any interested people, above all children and youngsters who can take the opportunity to learn the techniques and tricks of this wonderful activity: the types of soil, their working and fertilisation, the qualities of vegetables with their cultural requirements, the periods of sowing and harvest and many other curiosities. Any enthusiasts will also have at their disposal a small plot of land where they can sow and eventually reap their products (actually through online photos they will be able to follow the development of their cultivations) Right where the garden begins there is a fountain of sulphurous water (that we incorrectly call in Piedmontese “Eva morsa”) We cannot guarantee the drinkability of the water and therefore we do take any responsibility for this as such but there it must be said that all the neighbours always make wide use of it and considering that now as in the past most of them have exceeded the age of 80 and more, I leave it to you to decide.
